Booking and Payment:
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session date and time.
Full payment is due prior to the session date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Cancellations made within 21 days of the session date may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Client Cooperation:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their session preferences and any special requests.
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session and cooperate with the photographer to ensure a successful shoot.
Image Usage and Copyright:
All images captured by Charlene Lovesy and/or Morlove Ltd are protected by copyright and remain the property of the photographer.
Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the images for their own purposes, including printing and sharing with friends and family.
Any commercial use or reproduction of the images requires prior written consent from Charlene Lovesy.
Liability:
Charlene Lovesy / Morlove Ltd are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the course of the photography session.
Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any individuals accompanying them to the session.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
